Senior IAM Engineer II (AI Native)

Responsibilities: Own and architect the enterprise identity platform, focusing on automating SSO, lifecycle workflows, and access governance using Infrastructure as Code. Implement a metrics-first operating model to track IAM KPIs and leverage AI coding agents to accelerate engineering velocity.

Requirements: Requires production experience operating enterprise identity platforms at scale with strong proficiency in Terraform and identity protocols like SAML, OAuth, and SCIM. Candidates must be fluent in using AI coding tools and capable of writing automation scripts in Python or Go.
