Senior Program Manager

Responsibilities: Drive execution of engineering and product initiatives while managing the company's exit from a Transition Services Agreement (TSA). Establish operating rhythms, track KPIs, and coordinate across IT, Finance, HR, and Legal to meet hard deadlines.

Requirements: Requires a PMP certification and over 7 years of experience managing cross-functional engineering or product programs. Must have experience with contractual/legal constraints and proficiency in Atlassian tools for workflow administration.
