ServiceNow Business Analyst (Technical)

Responsibilities: Drive requirements definition and solution design for ServiceNow implementations across federal government accounts. Act as the primary link between agency stakeholders and delivery teams to convert mission objectives into scalable technical specifications.

Requirements: Requires a Bachelor's degree, U.S. citizenship with Secret clearance eligibility, and 5+ years of BA experience including 3 years with ServiceNow. Must be a ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) with experience in federal contracting environments.
