Job description
Responsibilities: Provide reactive and proactive tobacco cessation counseling to the general public via telephone, chat, text, and email. Maintain detailed call documentation in the database and participate in resource evaluation and reporting activities.
Requirements: Preferred certification as an addiction counselor or experience in counseling, community health, or social work with at least 3 years of experience. Must be able to work a flexible schedule including afternoons and weekends and maintain a tobacco-free lifestyle.
