SR HRIS ANALYST

Responsibilities: The Senior HRIS Analyst develops, maintains, and optimizes HR reports, dashboards, and automated workflows to support HR operations and decision-making. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and integrity across HR systems.

Requirements: Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in a related field and a minimum of three years of experience with Power BI, Power Automate, and HRIS data reporting. Experience with ADP Workforce Now, UKG Pro, and data visualization techniques is also required.
