Sr. HRIS Analyst

Job Summary

The HRIS Analyst is responsible for optimizing the organization's HR technology platforms, with primary responsibility for UKG Pro and UKG Workforce Management (WFM) within the Benefits team. This role partners directly with Payroll, HRIS, Compensation, Finance, and business leaders to ensure data accuracy, system integrity, and efficient HR operations.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical HRIS expertise with experience supporting Benefits, Compensation, Performance Management, Learning Management, and workforce reporting.
