Sr. NOC Technician – IP Networking

We're looking for an experienced IP networking professional with strong routing and switching expertise who enjoys solving complex service provider network issues and wants to grow toward a Network Engineering career.

As a Sr. NOC Technician, you will be a part of a team that performs 24 x7 continuous Network monitoring of the Metronet DWDM, IP and Ethernet networks. We are looking for an experienced Network Operations professional with strong IP networking knowledge who can independently troubleshoot complex Layer 2 and Layer 3 network issues.
