Staff AI Engineer

Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end design and delivery of scalable AI/ML systems and agentic architectures. Establish engineering standards and mentor junior engineers while aligning technical direction with business outcomes.

Requirements: Requires 7+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 4 years focused on production AI/ML systems. Must have deep expertise in AWS, generative AI frameworks, RAG pipelines, and containerized deployments.
