Job description

Responsibilities: Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues for U.S. government agencies operating GitLab in secure, air-gapped, and FedRAMP environments. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to fix defects and create technical documentation to improve self-service support.

Requirements: Must be a United States Citizen with strong Linux administration skills and experience in customer-facing technical support. Proficiency in Ruby or Bash, Git, CI/CD, and container orchestration like Kubernetes is required.
