Responsibilities: The SVP Corporate Counsel provides legal advice and support across the organization regarding regulatory, compliance, governance, and operational matters. They are responsible for negotiating contracts, managing corporate litigation, and partnering with senior leadership to mitigate legal risks.
Requirements: Requires a JD from an accredited law school and active bar membership in a U.S. state or D.C. Candidates must have 6-10 years of legal experience, including law firm experience, preferably within financial services or regulated industries.
