SW Engineering Manager

Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a remote team of software engineers while driving Agile delivery and owning end-to-end engineering commitments. Act as the bridge between technical execution and cross-functional partners in Product, Clinical Operations, and Data to ensure alignment with business priorities.

Requirements: Requires 4+ years of engineering management experience and 5-10 years of hands-on full-stack development experience. Candidates should have a proven track record of delivering complex software and experience managing distributed or vendor-supported teams.
