Technical Business Analyst - ServiceNow

Responsibilities: Lead requirements gathering and process design to translate federal mission needs into scalable ServiceNow solutions. Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams while ensuring compliance with federal IT standards.

Requirements: Requires a Bachelor's degree, U.S. citizenship for Secret clearance, and 5+ years of BA experience with at least 3 years in ServiceNow. Must be a ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) with experience in federal contracting and Agile environments.
