Technical Support Specialist - Tissue/Histology

Responsibilities: Provide phone support and resolve complex technical issues regarding laboratory equipment, software, and diagnostic applications for Tissue Diagnostics products. Maintain detailed records in accordance with Roche Quality and FDA requirements while fostering loyal customer relationships.

Requirements: Requires a minimum of an Associate's degree in Medical Technology, Histotechnology, Biomedical Engineering, or a related science field. Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and strong customer service skills.
