Telehealth Therapist

Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop collaborative treatment plans for patients overcoming addiction and mental health challenges. Lead individual and group therapy sessions while coordinating post-discharge resources and managing crisis situations.

Requirements: Requires a Master's degree in social work or a related human services field and a valid license (LMFT, LCSW, LMHC, or LPCC) in Colorado. Candidates must have at least 2 years of clinical experience serving Veteran, SUD, or MH populations.
