Job description
Responsibilities: The Telephonic Case Manager creates and implements treatment plans to return injured persons to work while ensuring cost-effective healthcare services. They collaborate with physicians, employers, and legal representatives to monitor recovery and modify case goals.
Requirements: Requires an active Registered Nurse (RN) license and an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field. Preference is given to candidates with 2+ years of clinical practice and URAC-recognized case management certifications.
