UKG Business Intelligence Manager

Responsibilities: Design and deliver interactive dashboards and reports using UKG Pro and other data tools to identify workforce trends. Drive large-scale WFM analytics projects to optimize labor capacity and enhance patient care delivery.

Requirements: Requires a combination of education and experience, ranging from a high school diploma with 3 years of experience to 7 years of specific job experience. Proficiency in UKG, SQL, Python, and BigQuery is highly preferred along with leadership experience.
