UX Design Manager

The UX Design Manager will lead the vision, strategy, and execution of exceptional customer experiences across the bank’s digital ecosystem—including online account opening, digital loan applications, appointment scheduling, online and mobile banking capabilities (e.g., Zelle, Credit Sense, Bill Pay, Card Controls/Card Hub), and emerging digital tools.
