Job description
Responsibilities: Represent veterans in disability claims and appeals before the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs and the Board of Veterans’ Appeals. Develop case strategies by analyzing medical and military records to prepare persuasive legal briefs and documentation.
Requirements: Requires an active law license in any U.S. jurisdiction or the ability to obtain one within one month of hire. Strong advocacy, research, and writing skills are essential, with a preference for experience in VA disability or administrative law.
