Job description

Responsibilities: Lead the strategy and management of external partners across the publishing lifecycle to ensure quality, scalability, and operational resilience. Oversee the end-to-end vendor process including RFPs, contract renewals, onboarding, and performance auditing via SLAs.

Requirements: Requires extensive experience in sourcing and managing publishing service providers and a deep understanding of end-to-end publishing workflows. Proficiency in manuscript tracking systems and data reporting tools like Tableau is expected.
