Vendor Onboarding Associate

Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end outbound onboarding process for exchanges, banks, and service providers, including gathering documentation and completing KYB/KYC applications. Coordinate closely with Legal and Compliance teams to drive agreements to closure and maintain accurate tracking records.

Requirements: Proven track record in operations, vendor management, or compliance within a regulated environment, with a strong ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams. Must be proficient in using AI tools for daily productivity and have working knowledge of institutional entity documentation.
