Vice President, Field Underwriting

Responsibilities: The VP of Field Underwriting owns the underwriting P&L and is accountable for portfolio results, team performance, and the operating model. This leader defines the strategic vision for AI-enabled underwriting and manages the blended onshore/offshore execution engine.

Requirements: Requires 15+ years of workers' compensation underwriting experience and 10+ years of leadership experience building or rebuilding organizations. A bachelor's degree is required, and advanced credentials like CPCU or ARe are preferred.
