Vice President/Head of Finance

Responsibilities: Lead the complete finance function, including financial planning, accounting, and reporting for a technology-driven construction business. Act as a strategic advisor to executive leadership on capital allocation, M&A activities, and the transition to a scalable platform model.

Requirements: Requires 10+ years of progressive finance experience with a strong background in project-based construction accounting and M&A leadership. Candidates must have experience in venture-backed startups or rapidly scaling technology organizations and an AI-native mindset for automation.
