VP - Reinsurance Operations

The VP, Reinsurance Operations is a senior leader responsible for end-to-end management and continuous improvement of the company’s Alternative Distribution (AD) business unit. The AD business unit maintains a portfolio of treaty reinsurance, Funds-At-Lloyd’s (FAL), and Delegated Underwriting Authority (DUA) insurance and reinsurance risks. Reporting to the Chief Reinsurance Officer, this role provides strategic direction and operational leadership for treaty administration, claims handling, accounting and reporting, and reinsurance analytics.
