VP, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Billing & Collection

Responsibilities: Lead the national revenue cycle strategy to optimize reimbursement, cash collections, and operational efficiency. Oversee payer strategy, provider credentialing, and contract negotiations while partnering with Finance and Clinical leadership.

Requirements: Requires a bachelor's degree and over 8 years of progressive leadership experience in Revenue Cycle Management, preferably within behavioral healthcare. Must possess strong knowledge of Medicaid, MCO credentialing, and CMS regulatory requirements.
