Responsibilities: Provide member-centered behavioral health support through triage, benefit education, and resource navigation via phone and digital platforms. Manage case activities including assessments, care planning, and follow-up interventions to improve health outcomes.
Requirements: Requires a High School Diploma or GED and at least one year of customer service or member-facing experience. Candidates must be able to work a flexible full-time schedule and maintain a private, secure remote workspace with high-speed internet.
