Privacy Policy

We use your information only to provide the Service: authenticating you, surfacing remote jobs, generating tailored resumes and interview prep, sending transactional emails (verification and password reset), processing payments, and enforcing usage limits. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

We rely on a small set of trusted third-party providers to operate the Service: secure cloud hosting and database storage, an AI provider that processes resume and job-description text to generate your tailored content, an email provider for transactional messages, and a payment processor for subscriptions. They process data on our behalf under their own security and confidentiality commitments, and only as needed to deliver the Service.

We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete individual resumes and tailored versions in-app, or delete your entire account (and all associated data) at any time from Account Settings → Delete account. Deletion is permanent.

Passwords are hashed; tokens are stored hashed and are single-use. Access to your data is scoped to your account. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

We use a single authentication session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

You can access your data in-app, correct it by editing your resumes, and delete it at any time. For other requests, contact us.
