1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Remote Job Match (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Remote Job Match helps you discover remote jobs, tailor your resume to them using AI, and prepare for interviews. You provide resume content and job descriptions; we generate tailored drafts, interview guides, and exports.

3. Accounts

You must provide a valid email and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to: misuse or attempt to overload the Service; submit content that is unlawful or that you don’t have the right to use; attempt to bypass rate limits or security controls; or use the Service to generate misleading or fraudulent documents. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5. AI-generated content

Tailored resumes are generated by an AI model and may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all content before use. We do not guarantee interviews, job offers, or any particular outcome.

6. Your content

You retain all rights to the resume content you submit. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the Service (including sending it to our AI provider for tailoring). See our Privacy Policy.

7. Subscription & fair use

Remote Job Match is a paid subscription, billed monthly. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal; access continues until the end of the current billing period. To keep the Service fast and sustainable, daily usage caps apply to AI features; these limits may change over time.

8. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Remote Job Match is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, or for any employment decisions made by you or third parties.

9. Changes & termination

We may update these Terms or the Service at any time. You may delete your account at any time from Account Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
